RISK MANAGERS We identify and manage risks of all kinds, and we design and implement nontraditional risk financing mechanisms making use of sophisticated risk-transfer and risk-control methods. These include letters of credit, innovative pre-disaster funding arrangements, and reciprocal disaster recovery agreements.
